  • 1998:   “Certificate for the Best Social Service Experience” given to Paola Diaz de León by the Iberoamerican University (UIA)
  • 2000:  The “Chimalapas Ecological Campesino Reserve” project, executed by “Maderas del Pueblo del Sureste, A.C.” was one of 27 indigenous projects selected from 600 entries worldwide by a panel of experts in the Organizing Committee of the 2000 World Fair Expo in Hannover to show a two year exhibit in various museums around Germany.
  • 2001:  Honorific Mention of National Ecological Merit in the Social Sector (Certificate), given by the Federal Government
  • 2006:   Winners of the National Award of Social Utility for rights to information, organized by the IFAI
